Refund policy
Returns are accepted within 14 days for store credit ONLY. Products must be unworn and unwashed, with tags still attached. This includes being free of smells such as but not limited to: tobacco, food, and fragrances. All sale items are final - no returns or exchanges will be accepted. Other final sale items include jewelry, socks, and underwear. All personalized items are final sale only, no exceptions. Shipped items may be returned at the customer's expense and a store credit will be issued upon item receipt and inspection. We reserve the right to deny any returns or exchanges that fail to meet specified criteria. Store credits valid for 60 days.
To start the return or exchange process, please contact us at info@barfieldsmercantile.com and include you full name, order number, and items you want to return or exchange. If an item is damaged upon receipt, you have 3 business days to contact us at the email listed above to resolve any issues.
We will notify you once we have received and inspected returned items. If these items are approved you will automatically receive a store credit to the email used to place your order. For exchanged items we will contact you once the item is received and approved.
Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to be processed.
